We call him "Buddy"
This is Buddy. A five year old unproven huacaya male. He is the grandson of the
famous PPeruvian Caligula ARI #G4572. Caligula was among the first alpacas to arrive in the country. If
you know your alpaca history than you know the name Caligula is synonymous
with excellence.
Buddy will make a fine herdsire yet he is
unproven.
Well .........I can only say that for just for a little while
as his first cria should be coming this summer (2013).
I wonder:
What
will Buddy's cria be like? Will it be Male or Female?
What Color?
Fiber?
Density?
Crimp? Will the cria match the color of the mom?
What Color? Fiber?

We are in this business to improve the breed and I believe that Buddy will do just that.
